Subscription cancellation policy

A Subscribe and save order renews on its own. We charge the payment method on file for each delivery, every 1, 2 or 3 months, whichever you picked at checkout. Each delivery costs 15% less than buying the same bugs one time. Shipping is free on any subscription order, including every renewal, when the subscription items in it come to $35 or more.

Skip, pause or cancel

You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel at any time from your account, under Subscriptions. There is no fee and no minimum number of deliveries.

Cancel before the next billing date to stop that charge. Canceling stops future deliveries. A delivery that was already billed still ships.

Refunds

Billed deliveries of live insects are not refunded. Our refund policy covers insects that arrive dead.
