The Bug Cartel is a small, owner-run shop that sells live feeder insects to reptile, amphibian and invertebrate keepers across the lower 48 states and DC. Bearded dragons, leopard geckos, chameleons, frogs, tarantulas: if it eats bugs, we feed it. Two owners run everything, and you deal with them, not a call center.
We're the two guys on every Bug Cartel logo, and we own and run the shop. You may know us by our old name, Feeder Plug. Same owners, same store, new name.
Wholesale applications and subscription change requests come straight to one of us. If an order has a problem, you email the people who packed it.
Our staple is dubia roaches, in four sizes from Small to XL. We also carry mealworms, superworms, waxworms, hornworms, silkworms, black soldier fly larvae and wingless fruit flies.

Most keepers buy the same bugs every few weeks, so we made reordering automatic. Subscribe to any feeder and every delivery is 15% off. When a subscription delivery comes to $35 or more, it ships free on every renewal.
Pick a delivery every 1, 2 or 3 months. You pay one delivery at a time, and you can skip, pause or cancel from your account whenever you want.
Pet stores, breeders and keepers feeding a lot of animals can apply for a wholesale account. One of us reviews every application. Approved accounts buy in bulk counts and get fruit fly price breaks at 6, 12 and 20 cups.
