The Bug Cartel shipping policy

We ship live feeder insects early in the week, so they don't sit in a carrier facility over a weekend.

When orders ship

Orders ship sometime between Sunday and Wednesday. We don't promise a ship date or a delivery date. An order placed after that week's packing has started goes out in the next window.

You get a tracking number by email or text once the carrier scans your package.

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military addresses.

Dubia roaches can't ship to Florida. Florida lists Blaptica dubia as a prohibited import.

Weather

Severe weather, carrier problems or unsafe temperatures can make us hold a shipment to protect the insects. We tell you by email or text when that happens.

Dead on arrival

Inspect your order within 1 hour of delivery or pickup. If insects arrived dead, contact us within that hour with clear photos or video. Our refund policy has the full terms.

Your part

Give us a correct shipping address, and bring the package inside as soon as it's delivered.
